Sergei Nosov

Sergei Nosov is an advocate and managing partner of NSN Alliance.

Mr. Nosov has represented clients in arbitration courts at all levels (including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation), in courts of general jurisdiction and in the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dmitry Kirillov is an advocate with NSN Alliance.

Mr. Kirillov has expertise in tax and finance as well as arbitration. He has represented clients in arbitration courts at all levels (including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation) and in courts of general jurisdiction.

Victoria Plekhanova

Victoria Plekhanova is an advocate with NSN Alliance.

Ms. Plekhanova's main area of responsibility is representing clients' interests in arbitration courts at all levels and courts of general jurisdiction in litigation involving tax, civil and labor law, as well as advising clients on the application of tax and civil law.

Ms. Plekhanova has experience in:

• Scholarly work and teaching
• Preparing various types of contracts and internal documents regulating the operations of companies with various profiles
• Advising on and applying budgetary, administrative, customs and currency law.
