Sergei Nosov

Sergei Nosov is an advocate and managing partner of NSN Alliance.

Mr. Nosov has represented clients in arbitration courts at all levels (including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation), in courts of general jurisdiction and in the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has taken part in court hearings on disputes involving civil, tax, administrative and customs law. Sergei Nosov has over 22 years of professional experience.

Igor Serkin

Igor Serkin is an advocate with NSN Alliance.

Mr. Serkin has extensive experience in the area of taxation and economic issues, as well as civil and arbitration litigation. He represents clients before Russian state arbitration courts of all levels and courts of general jurisdiction.
