About the firm

Our law firm grew out of the legal practice of Ernst & Young (CIS) and has always worked in close cooperation with Ernst & Young (CIS) to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Ernst & Young clients.

Our practice

NSN Alliance lawyers have extensive experience in representing companies' interests in litigation with tax, customs and antimonopoly bodies in a broad spectrum of tax, corporate, commercial and labor disputes, as well as in disputes over intellectual property rights, including patents, copyright, trademarks and domain names. NSN Alliance also represents Ernst & Young's clients and their employees with investigative agencies in a variety of tax-related situations. Our law firm has many years of successful experience working with major foreign clients and rendering professional services tailored to the needs of international business.

We represent our clients in Russian arbitration courts and general courts at all levels and in a variety of court districts, including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
